Generally any excretion of a viscous substance from the Anus that isn't actual Scat.
Most commonly, said excretions are in the form of a colorful Anal Jelly or Slime (Substance). The difference is mostly in appearance and context. Attributes like bright colors and a lack of an indication of offensive smell are used to differentiate from true Scat content. Additionally, contextually Pseudo Scat usually appears in a strictly sexual context, involving more extreme Anal play like Enemas.
