Pineapple Bun

Also known as: 菠萝包

A baked item purportedly originating from Hong Kong and common in Chinese bakeries. It is a sweet bun with a crusty egg topping, giving it the appearance of a pineapple. It is similar to the Japanese Melon Bread.
