Notorious as a stall card used to prevent the opponent from activating their monster effects by forcing them into the defense position and negate their monster's activated effects, akin to how this monster put those all around it asleep.
The OCG release of Bagooska has it holding a Wine Bottle and Drunk. The TCG release censored the artwork, changing the bottle to a Pillow.
