Adds Sengoku Musou 2 Moushouden characters, and updates Imagawa Yoshimoto (Sengoku Musou) to his new design.
Introduces Fu Xi (Musou Orochi) and Nuwa (Musou Orochi) (originally from Shin Sangoku Musou 2), and several characters from Japanese and Chinese mythology.
Musou Orochi Z is a combined release of this title and Musou Orochi 1, adding additional outfits to every character (Shin Sangoku Musou characters get their SSM5 outfits, Sengoku Musou 2 characters get past outfits, and the rest get new ones) and introducing Sanzang (Musou Orochi) and Benkei (Musou Orochi) to the roster. The outfits and characters were later included in the overseas PSP versions of Maou Sairin ("Warriors Orochi 2").
