A character from Muv-Luv. A rich girl and heir to the Mitsurugi Financial Group who suddenly moves in with Shirogane Takeru and proclaims her love for him in front of their entire class. She has Blue Eyes and hair, usually worn in a long Ponytail, and she is often seen with a Katana.
Meiya was voiced by Okushima Kazumi until the Alternative anime adaptation, where the role was transferred to Nanami Karin until Muv-Luv Girls Garden, where the role was transferred to Haruno Minami. She's voiced by Kira Buckland in Project MIKHAIL's English dub.
