Lifeline's default outfit consists of a Brown Tank Top, Detached Sleeves, a pair of Blue Gloves, a Backpack, black Cargo Pants with two Green Belts, black Boots, a White Headband, a Headset, and a Surgical Mask worn around her neck. She has dark skin, Red Hair worn in Double Buns, Brown Eyes, and an Arm Tattoo.
Her heirloom weapon is a pair of Shock Sticks (Apex Legends), and she is often associated with the SA-3 Mozambique as a result of the Mozambique Here (Meme) meme. She is childhood friends with Octane (Apex Legends) and grew up on Olympus (Apex Legends), which now hosts a Town Takeover themed after her. Usually accompanied by her D.O.C. Health Drone.
