When a character's head is hit with Bullets, Arrow (Projectile)s or other projectile Weapons. Usually fatal or severely wounding unless the weapon is non-lethal, the head is protected or the victim can somehow regenerate health.
Do not confuse with a picture focused on the head (a Portrait or Upper Body shot).
