The personification of the Italian destroyer Libeccio (meaning the southwesterly winds) in Azur Lane.

In-game, she has an identical appearance to her sister Maestrale (Azur Lane), having long Two-Tone Hair (mostly white with blue inner hair) and Blue Eyes. Her outfit consists of a White Dress, Green Jacket, and a black Beret and a Black Ribbon. Unlike her sister Maestrale, she lacks a Red Armband.
Her Rigging consists of two 120 mm twin gun mounts and two 533 mm triple Torpedo Tubes, one gun and torpedo mount on each side. The bridge superstructure is mounted to her back and connects the two sides.
