Kinchaku (Food)

Aburaage (fried tofu) that is stuffed with a filling, and sealed so it resembles a Kinchaku, a traditional Japanese Drawstring Bag. They may be shut with objects or food, such as toothpicks or kanpyo strips (dried gourd).
