Aburaage

Also known as: 油揚げ, あぶらあげ

A Japanese Food that consists of thin slices of deep-fried Tofu.

It is also added to Udon noodle dishes which are called Kitsune Udon because of legends that Kitsune (foxes) like deep-fried tofu.
