A fighting technique in the Dragon Ball franchise. Invented by King Kai alongside the Genki Dama and taught to Son Goku. It boosts the user's parameters for a short time, but becomes a burden on them as well. The body and aura turns a deep crimson color while in use.
In the Dragon Ball Super anime, Goku would combine the Kaiouken with his Super Saiyan Blue form to create Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-ken. If the picture depicts Goku using this, tag with both Super Saiyan Blue and Kaiouken.
