Ishtar (Macross)

One of the main protagonists from the Macross 2 Science Fiction OVA from 1992.

Ishtar is an Alien Mardook female "emulator", a type of songstress used by the Mardook race to control their Zentradi and Meltrandi slave soldiers during combat.
