When Object Insertion is strongly implied (visually, contextually, or through dialogue), but explicit penetration isn't visible (or it's unknown whether an object is penetrating the anus, vagina, or both). If penetration is hidden behind clothes or an object held by the character, add the Covered Penetration tag.
If Sex between characters is being implied, use the Implied Sex tag.
If anal, vaginal, or oral penetration are explicitly drawn or visible, add the Anal Object Insertion, Vaginal Object Insertion, and Simulated Fellatio tags where each apply. Don't use the Implied Object Insertion tag if the only objects involved are clearly and visibly penetrating an orfice (or orifices).
