ひこにゃん (Hikonyan) is the famous official Mascot character of Hikone city and Hikone Castle
He(gender undetermined) is a white cat with a horned red Kabuto (Helmet) and is meant to be modeled after Ii Naotaka, the daimyo who completed Hikone Castle.
