Unlike Ryona, which requires active physical harm or suffering, heropin covers a broader range: the heroine may be cornered, captured, Restrained, or otherwise trapped, with a focus on her terrified reaction to the danger rather than the harm itself.
Can include physical peril (Bound, under Imminent Attack), mental/emotional Distress, or sexual peril (Imminent Rape).
