Google's application store. Images with this tag almost always refer to the presence of a Google Play Store Gift Card, the logo of which is a multi-coloured Play Button. Commonly depicted in fan art of gacha games such as Fate/Grand Order and Idolmaster, in reference to the money-spending aspect.
Apple has a gift card counterpart for their App Store.
