Bowser from the Super Mario series, transformed and twisted by (even more) evil.
First appeared in Super Smash Bros. Melee as a true final boss, and despite still technically being Bowser, this form is considered to be unique to the Smash Bros. series. It became Bowser's Final Smash starting with Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
