Ford is the parent company of Lincoln (Company), and retains their trademarks for the now-defunct Mercury (Company) brand. They also previously owned several still-active foreign car brands, namely Volvo, Mazda, Aston Martin, Jaguar (Car), and Land Rover (Company).
