One of the characters in Gundam Suisei No Majo. The identity belongs to multiple people, with one real Elan and the rest serving as face-grafted stand-ins for him.
All of the Elans have tell-tale accessories. Elan no.4 wears Tassel Earrings, Elan no.5 wears diamond-shaped earrings and Epaulettes, and the original Elan wears a suit and no earrings at all.
