A Dress that has been lifted, usually with the intent to expose the Underwear, crotch, or Ass.
It can be done voluntarily or involuntarily, by the wearer or by another person, and on purpose or by accident, such as being lifted by the wind or being caught on a object.
If the dress is merely being held without exposing the privates, use Holding Own Dress instead.
