This is a reference to Dark Magician Girl's first appearance, The moment was when Pandora (Yu-Gi-Oh!) activated Dark Magic Curtain to summon his Dark Magician , and then Yami Yugi took advantage of that to summon Dark Magician Girl. That's why this card's effect allows both players to summon a DARK attribute spellcaster.
