One of the admins of the Explorers, and a major antagonist in Pokémon Horizons: The Series. Because of her personality, she is often portrayed as a Mesugaki. Her signature Pokémon is Glalie.
Her Japanese voice actress, Ootani Ikue, is also the voice of Pikachu. Her English voice actress is Lizzie Freeman
