The anime adaptation of the Pokémon franchise, consisting of eight sequential series, each based on a different installment of the Pokémon video game series, plus a number of tie-in movies.
The series originally followed Ash Ketchum on his journey to become a Pokémon Master. Starting with Pokemon Horizons, a new cast is featured, centering on protagonists Liko (Pokemon) and Roy (Pokemon).
