A race of anthropomorphic humanoid rats from Final Fantasy IX. Freya Crescent, being a playable character, is the most well-known example.
Technically the race can be split between Burmecians (from Burmecia (Ff9)) and Cleyrans (from Cleyra). The Japanese term ネズミ族 (nezumi-zoku, "rat people") has no localized equivalent, and English guides list "Burmecian" as a race.
