A straight-armed Cross that was the emblem of the Wehrmacht and its branches, the Heer (army), the Kriegsmarine (navy), and the Luftwaffe (air force), during World War II. Often appearing on Military Vehicles.
In many video games, this symbol often replace the Swastika due to certain censorship laws.
The [i]Balkenkreuz[/b] appears to be a thick black cross with arms of equal length, surrounded with white outline.
Not to be confused with the Iron Cross, that has curved arms.
