A Meme originating from Tokyo Ghoul:Re where Touka asked Kaneki about the latter's virginity status, leading to a flustered reaction by the latter. It is often juxtaposed with the time the two had sex. Because of this, it spawned several parodies involving characters asking said question before being shown doing the deed.
In the original manga version, Ken's reaction is depicted as him smiling with his eyes closed, while dumping the Coffee he is holding. The anime version slightly changes this by having him instead spit out his coffee in shock.
