One of the lesser antagonists of Deltarune's fifth chapter, and the first of the flowers fought. She's inspired by the fallen human represented by the Cyan SOUL (UTDR) in Undertale. Known as Turquoise in Japanese. Often seen with Seth (Deltarune).
