Archfiend of Earth from Final Fantasy IV. First known abroad as Milon (Milon-Z in his undead form). Named for a Malebranche in The Divine Comedy.
His first form is a Void Face Brown Cloaked creature with protruding hands. His revealed form is a hideous Undead monster with half-exposed Skull and Tentacles. Its original artwork shows Scarmiglione's zombified face and tentacles emerging from the cloak.
Scarmiglione's map sprite uses a generic Red Cloak Void Face sprite.
