Depicted as a black rabbit-like creature, Pom-Pom wears a Shako Cap and a Red Jacket. They have a Pocket Watch on their waist and a red banded wrap on their left ear. Pom-Pom's gender is undefined, while they speak in a Hiroshima accent in their Japanese voicelines.
