Azur Lane's personification of the second Graf Zeppelin-class aircraft carrier, named in honor of the Imperial German Navy's commander of the airship fleet in World War I. Character design by Gujianshaonu, voiced by Hara Yumi.
She has very long Black Hair tied in Twintails, and Purple Eyes. Her outfit consists of a white Peaked Cap, a Double-Breasted two-tone Military Uniform with a long black strap, White Gloves, and High Heels.
Her Rigging combines the animalistic sentient rig style of the Iron Blood faction with the split-deck design of the Essex (Azur Lane)-class. It is also themed like clockwork, as she stands on a floating Clock and has red-colored Gears surrounding her, which leads players to note similarities with Tokisaki Kurumi down to her own hairstyle.
In real life, Peter Strasser was built in 1938 but work stopped in September 1939 in order to prioritize construction of U-boats and never resumed, ultimately being scrapped on the slipway the following year. In any case, her intended flight deck arresting gear and catapults ended up being purchased by the Regia Marina to complete Aquila (Azur Lane).
