Also known as: ジュゲム
A character in the Mario franchise. A variant of green-shelled Koopa Troopa with glasses, or possibly aviator goggles, riding an expressive cloud. Usually seen either throwing Spiny Eggs or carrying around various items on the end of a Fishing Rod. In the Mario Kart games they act as track officials: displaying the starting lights at the beginning of the race, waving the Checkered Flag at the end, and fishing out racers who land out of bounds.
Called Jugem in Japanese.
