Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Kiyoshimo. Character designed by Fujikawa, voiced by Kanemoto Hisako.
She ha very long Multicolored Hair (grey outer, blue inner) with a Single Hair Bun turning into Low Twintails, an Ahoge, a strand of hair passing between her eyes; and Grey Eyes.
She wears the standard Yuugumo-class School Uniform: a purple/maroon Halterneck Dress over a White Shirt, a teal-blue Bowtie, grey/purple opaque Pantyhose and Lace-Up Boots. Her Rigging is the same as the rest of the class: her funnel and foremast to her back, a 12.7 cm twin Handgun mount, and two 61 cm quad Torpedo Tubes on Thigh Straps.
An excitable girl, she wants to become a battleship due to her admiration of the battleship Musashi. So, it is not uncommon to draw her with Musashi's (or another battleship's) rigging, if only to collapse under the weight.
