A dance Meme by Zuikaku (Kancolle) and Zuihou (Kancolle) from Kantai Collection, where they perform a characteristic dance with an Uwu face. Its origin is uncertain. Can also be applied to Zuikaku (Azur Lane) from Azur Lane, which actually has the dance as a usable in-game chat emote.
The oldest tweet mentioning the emote on Twitter, from 2013, is a possible origin. The dance is also somewhat similar to the dance done by Hatsune Miku in the Poppippoo (Vocaloid) music video.
