A sadistic Hyuran woman serving as one of the main antagonists in Final Fantasy XIV's Stormblood expansion.
She has Green Eyes, long, straight Black Hair with Blunt Bangs, and a mole under her mouth. Her attire consists of an Off Shoulder Black Kimono, yellow Obi complete with an Obijime and visible Obiage, and Okobo sandals. Her hair is adorned with a "queen of the night" flower and bat-shaped sticks. She also wears a black Lace Collar around her neck. Usually seen holding a Kiseru.
Drawing on her storyline, Yotsuyu's character is often symbolized by the Full Moon and Spider Lily flower in fanart. A notable element of this is her transformation into the lunar primal Tsukuyomi.
