Winged Hussar

Type of Cavalry used by the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth between the 16th and 18th centuries. Famed for the wings they attach to their backs in order to terrorize the enemy. Usually armed with lances & swords, although later they were also equipped with pistols.
