A character of the series Jormungand (Manga).
William "Wilee" Nelson, is an explosives expert and ex-lieutenant of the 20th Engineer Brigade of the XVIII Airborne Corps in the US Army. He serves as one of Koko Hekmatyar's bodyguards.
He is also put in charge of giving Jonah English lessons and is the only person on the team aside from Koko to be blacklisted by the FBI.
