A visual aesthetic popularized on TikTok in the 2020s, deriving influence from the Twee Fashion trend of the mid-late 1980s. It has a heavy emphasis on childlike wonder and DIY.
The style is highly maximalist, often making use of patterns like Polka Dots, Gingham, plaid and checkers, and using color palettes often consisting of green, red, and brown. Motifs of Fruit, Animals, Flowers, swirls, and stars are frequently incorporated, as well as decorations such as Buttons.
Often overlaps with Heisei Retro, where it is sometimes called "Juminocore".
