An incredibly powerful Witch (Madoka Magica) whose true name is unknown. She appears as a dressed woman standing upside-down on rotating gears. Humans liken her magic to severe weather such as tornadoes or hurricanes.
Her familiars are also unnamed.
Voiced by Mizuhashi Kaori, who also voices Tomoe Mami and Kaname Tatsuya.
