Common Abyssal Ship found throughout Kantai Collection. Found starting in the middle-grade maps in-game, and not attacking the player, except for the Elite variants which appear much later. In most cases, this ship is not an annoyance, since they have weak attacks, but their escort fleet is (for example, higher-grade ships sometime have Ta-Class Battleships and more in sets).
Due to this ship's cargo being truly unknown for all players, artists depict this ship as carrying the playable fleet.
