Void Dark is the main antagonist of Disgaea 5. He's Goldion (Disgaea)'s son and brother to Liezerota (Disgaea).
Feared as the most powerful and dreadful Demon Emperor, his name has been spread across the Netherworlds as the Leader of the Lost.
It is revealed that the primary goal of Void Dark's conquest of the Netherworlds is to absorb their energy and use it for the nearly impossible magic required to revive his sister.
After dying in the final battle, his corrupted energy possess the revived Liezierota to form Liezerota·Dark.
