A NPC in the game Armored Core VI: Fires Of Rubicon. An augmented human and AC pilot associated with the Arquebus Corporation, fourth squad leader of the Vespers, assigned the title V. IV (pronounced 'Vee Four' or 'Vesper Four'). Pilots the AC Steel Haze/Steel Haze Ortus.
As an Armored Core character, there is no in-game characterization of Rusty, so all fan art of him is up to individual artist's imagination, and sometimes Rusty is mechanized using Steel Haze/Ortus parts.
