Undone Cross Tie

A Cross Tie that has been undone into a ribbon, but is still hanging loosely around the neck.

Use this tag when you can clearly see that the ribbon was a former Cross Tie. If it just looks like a regular ribbon, use Loose Neck Ribbon instead.
