Umino Himeko (Gunarmdyne)

A half-human, half-mermaid princess who is able to take on full human form while visiting the surface. However, she will turn back into a mermaid if she's doused with water. Normally very serious and regal because of her position, she's secretly very carefree and a bit sloppy when she doesn't have to act like a princess.
