Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese escort ship Ukuru, lead/name ship of her class. Character design by Hoshiakari (C2 Kikan).
She is portrayed with short Black Hair and Brown Eyes. Her default outfit is the Hoshiakari-designed class uniform: a Blue Dress with a Sailor Collar, a White Shirt under the dress, blue striped Necktie, White Gloves, White Thighhighs, and black Mary Janes.
Her rigging is shared with her sisters: a handheld 12 cm single gun, Depth Charges strapped to a Brown Belt, and her aft hull (includes depth charge throwers, mast, Type 13 Radar, funnel, bridge) to her back. In kai form, she also gains two 25 mm single AA guns on Thigh Straps.
