A type of garment, usually a Sweater, with a high collar that closely covers the neck.
Turtlenecks are usually able to be rolled down, but are often worn up.
Not to be confused with a High Collar or Mandarin Collar, which also cover the neck, but are stiffer and aren't possible to roll down.
