A Golden Kamuy character, one of the antagonists. He is an Imperial Japanese Army Lieutenant in command of 7th Division. He received a head injury during the war, so he has to wear an enamel plate on his forehead.
Tsurumi has short black slicked back hair, Black Eyes with scars around them, and a Mustache with Goatee. He wears an officer uniform (long sleeved collared Black Jacket) under Brown Coat, and Black Pants with black army boots. Usually smiles.
