A magical Bell possessed by Mizuki Kaho in Cardcaptor Sakura. It’s shaped like a Crescent and has various colored Ribbons connected to it. In Clear Card, Kaho transforms it to a moon-shaped Kagura Suzu.
Tomoyo Hime from Tsubasa Chronicle also has a similar looking bell.
