A transporter erector launcher (TEL) is a Military Vehicle with an integrated tractor unit that can transport, elevate to a firing position, and launch one or more Missiles. Most TELs are depicted having completely exposed missiles on a cradle-like structure.
If enclosed launch tubes are also visible on such a mounted platform, use Missile Pod as well.
