A free and open source browser that makes all of its users anonymous. It is also one of the few browsers that can access .onion (deep and/or dark web) websites. People mostly use it for anonymity and some for illegal activities. Tor's logo is a Red Onion, representing the layers of encryption it uses to anonymize its users.
