The protagonist of Tsukihime, its sequel Kagetsu Tooya, its spinoff Melty Blood, and its Remake, created by Type-Moon.
A young man with an athletic build, unruly Black Hair that partially covers his forehead, with some locks falling just over the rim of his Glasses, which have a simple, rectangular frame. He possesses the Mystic Eyes Of Death Perception, Mystic Eyes that allow him to see "death" in all things.
Shiki is in fact not a real member of the Tohno family, is not Akiha's biological brother, and is not Makihisa's son. Shiki's real name is Nanaya Shiki, and he comes from the Nanaya family, a family of powerful demon-slaying assassins. Tohno SHIKI (Original) is the true eldest son of the Tohno family, whose place Shiki took.
